About us

Fincil is a Warsaw consulting firm that helps licensed gaming operators bring order to their payments, marketing and operations. We combine the perspectives of the payment provider, the operator and the growth team, because problems in these three worlds almost always share a common cause.

Mission

We want every lawfully operating operator to know what each transaction and each player really costs, and to have a plan for reducing that cost without bending the rules.

Our expert approach

We work as an external analytics team that knows the industry from the inside but is not entangled in provider relationships.

Data before opinion

We base recommendations on transaction reports, player cohorts and actual contracts. If data is missing, we first help you collect it.

Deliverability

Every change has an owner, a cost, a deadline and a measure. A plan your team cannot implement with its current resources is, in our view, a bad plan.

Compliance from the start

Licensing, AML, KYC, responsible gambling and advertising law are boundary conditions of a project for us, not a checklist for the end.

How we staff a project

We put the team together after the diagnosis, not before it. A payments project is led by a consultant who specialises in routing and settlement, a growth project by a performance marketing and CRM specialist, and market entry projects combine both. Before the contract is signed, we introduce the client to the people who will work on the project and set out what each of them is responsible for.

For tasks that require narrow specialisation, such as a legal opinion in a given jurisdiction or a security audit, we bring in independent experts and tell the client clearly who is responsible for which part of the work. We never present external experts as members of our own team.

Working principles

  • Licensed clients only

We work only with companies holding the licences required in the markets where they operate. We verify this before a project begins.

  • Transparent remuneration

If we receive any referral fee from a provider, we inform the client in writing before making a recommendation. By default we are paid by the client alone.

  • Confidentiality

We use an operator's data only for the project for which it was provided, under a non-disclosure agreement. We do not need players' personal data.

  • Clear division of roles

We do not provide payment services, hold funds or act in place of legal advisers or auditors. We say so openly from the first conversation.

Describe the problem. Get a specific answer.

The first call is a diagnosis: where you lose conversion or margin, and whether we can help. No commitment.
