How we write our insights
We choose topics based on the questions we hear most often from operators. We describe mechanisms and ways of measuring them rather than ready-made figures, because approval rates and acquisition costs vary between markets, products and providers. Where we refer to regulations, we name the legal act, but we always recommend checking with a legal adviser in the jurisdiction concerned.
