Privacy policy
Effective from 2026-11-05. We describe what data we collect on fincil.online, for what purpose, and what rights you have under the GDPR.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Fincil sp. z o.o., ul. Grzybowska 62, 00-844 Warszawa, Poland (hereinafter: "Fincil"). Contact for data protection matters: [email protected], tel. +48 22 290 41 73. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so.
2. What data we process
We process only the data you provide to us yourself through the contact form or in correspondence: your first and last name, company name, business e-mail address and the content of your message. The form also contains a hidden field indicating the language version of the page from which the enquiry was sent. We do not ask for special categories of data and ask you not to send them.
Like any web server, the hosting server records technical connection logs (IP address, date and time, the requested page address, browser type). The logs serve security and error diagnosis purposes and are deleted automatically by the hosting provider.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiry and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Conducting business correspondence with a company representative – our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Establishing, pursuing or defending claims – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Ensuring the security of the site (server logs) – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The consent box ticked in the form confirms that you have read this policy and want us to respond to your enquiry. We do not use form data for marketing without separate consent, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Retention period
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if no cooperation follows, for no longer than 12 months from the last contact. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for its duration and the limitation period for claims, and for as long as tax and accounting regulations require.
5. Recipients of data
Data may be transferred to entities that provide technical services to us: the website hosting provider and the e-mail provider through whose SMTP servers messages from the form are delivered to our mailbox. We currently use an e-mail provider based outside the European Economic Area, so the content of the form may be transferred to a third country. The transfer is necessary to handle the enquiry you send us. If you do not want your data to leave the EEA, write to us directly from your own mailbox at [email protected].
We do not sell data or share it with payment providers, operators or partners without your knowledge.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
7. Cookies and third-party tools
The site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or external fonts. Details are set out in the Cookie policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way we process data changes, for example after adding a new tool to the site. The current version is always available at this address together with its effective date.
