1. Service provider

2. Nature of the site

The site is informational and is intended solely for businesses, in particular licensed operators of gambling, betting and lotteries, and technology suppliers to this industry. The site is not intended for consumers or for minors.

The site cannot be used to play, place bets, or make deposits or withdrawals. It contains no links to gaming sites and does not promote any operator.

3. Consulting services and regulated services

Fincil provides consulting services only. It is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution or crypto-asset service provider within the meaning of the applicable regulations, including the MiCA Regulation. It does not accept, transfer or hold funds or crypto-assets, does not organise gambling and does not provide legal services. Regulated services are provided solely by entities holding the appropriate authorisations, with which the client contracts directly.

Fincil does not work with entities that lack the authorisations required in the jurisdictions where they operate, nor does it undertake work aimed at circumventing regulations on gambling, advertising, player protection or anti-money laundering.

4. Content and analyses

Articles and service descriptions are general and educational in nature. They do not constitute legal, tax or investment advice and are no substitute for an analysis of a specific situation. The scope, fees and liability for consulting services are set out in a separate contract in each case.

5. Contact form

Submitting the form does not constitute the conclusion of a contract. Please provide business contact details and do not send confidential information before a non-disclosure agreement has been signed. The rules for processing data are set out in the Privacy policy.

6. Technical requirements

An up-to-date web browser is all you need to use the site. The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

7. Copyright

The texts, layout, illustrations and the Fincil mark are protected by copyright. Short quotations from articles are permitted with attribution and a link to the original. Illustrations on the site are indicative and do not show real client data.

8. Liability

We make every effort to keep the information on the site up to date, but regulations and market conditions change. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's general content without consultation on the specific case.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. Comments about the site can be sent to [email protected]; we reply within 14 days. We announce changes to these terms by publishing a new version with its effective date.
