Payment solutions

Every declined deposit is a player you have already paid to acquire. We help operators choose payment methods, providers and banking partners so that more transactions succeed at the first attempt and withdrawals arrive quickly and predictably.

Abstract visualisation: channels branching transactions in three directions

Where we start

Most operators do not lack providers. Their problem is a disorganised mix of them: several gateways added over the years, routing rules nobody remembers any more, and fees negotiated at a tenth of today's volume. We start with a map: which methods, in which countries and with which providers handle your traffic today, what it costs and where transactions fall away.

On that basis we prepare recommendations in the three areas described below. You can commission one of them or all three as a single project.

Alternative Payment Methods

Selection of e-wallets, bank transfers and local payment methods for each market.

Problem
Players in different countries pay in different ways. Where instant transfers or local wallets dominate, offering cards alone means lower cashier conversion, and some banks decline card transactions carrying the gambling merchant category code.
Solution
We analyse your player base by country and device, compare the available local methods (for example BLIK and fast transfers in Poland, wallets and open banking in other markets) and identify providers that offer them to licensed operators. We design the order of methods in the cashier and the criteria for testing them.
Expected outcome
A higher share of successful first deposits, faster withdrawals via the same method, fewer payment-related customer support tickets and a clearer picture of what each method costs.

Crypto & Stablecoin Solutions

Advice on digital assets, only in jurisdictions where the law and the operator's licence permit them.

Problem
Operators in markets where the licence allows crypto-asset payments often do not know how to reconcile them with AML requirements, fiat settlement and exchange-rate risk. Some markets, Poland among them, do not permit such payments for gambling at all.
Solution
We check whether the licence and market permit such payments in the first place. If they do, we compare regulated crypto-asset service providers (for example those authorised under MiCA), models for instant conversion of stablecoins into fiat currency, and wallet verification and reporting procedures.
Expected outcome
A decision based on legal and cost analysis and, if implementation makes sense, controlled exchange-rate risk and compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. We do not provide crypto-asset exchange or custody services ourselves.

Banking Solutions

Finding banking and settlement partners that accept the licensed gaming sector.

Problem
Banks are cautious about the gaming industry. Operators lose weeks on applications that end in refusal, and dependence on a single settlement account puts player withdrawals at risk of being frozen.
Solution
We help prepare the documentation a bank's compliance team expects (ownership structure, licences, AML policy, flow of funds), identify institutions and account providers that serve licensed operators, and design an account structure with a fallback in case of failure.
Expected outcome
A shorter account opening process, fewer refusals, at least two independent settlement channels and a predictable flow of funds to players and from payment providers.

  • Proposed routing, cascade and retry rules, with a test plan.
  • A shortlist of providers and points for negotiating terms.
  • An implementation plan with the sequence of work and metrics to track.
